
At a length of 12.0 metres Freja is currently the second largest coastal survey boat owned by Osiris Projects. Freja was purpose built in 2002 with exceptionally practical layout for extended 12 hour operation. The vessel offers comfortable accommodation for up to 6 with well equipped galley, toilet, shower and heated workspace. Again the vessel is fast with a comfortable and economical cruising speed of 25 knots and a range of over 500 miles. Freja has proved to be ideally suited to the more remote offshore wind farm sites and gives the ability to comfortably collect over 60 line kilometres of survey data, transit over 50 miles to site and back, all within a 12 hour day.
