M/V Eagle was added to Osiris Projects’ complement of vessels, in early 2007, as the perfect solution to client requirements for very shallow water marine surveys. The compact catamaran’s key features include a powerful jet propulsion system and very shallow draft, coupled with a solid build and hull design which is able to 'dry out' with no detrimental effects. She was purpose built for the Maritime Coastguard Agency (MCA) to the highest of standards in 2003. M/V Eagle's heavy duty design means that she has the slow speed stability profile of that of a much larger vessel. A well planned and laid-out workspace makes the vessel superbly suited for 12 hour survey operations in sheltered waters around the UK coastline. The vessel’s size and weight enables economical road transportation around the country in relative ease, allowing for rapid response to customers needs.
