As a Senior Geophysicist within our organisation, you will be responsible for the installation of geophysical systems and geophysical data acquisition and QC aboard a range of survey vessels in addition to onsite reporting and data processing.
As a Senior Geophysicists, you will also be required to work as Party Chief aboard company vessels liaising between the Client Representative and the Osiris Projects Project Manager, ensuring that the clients scope of work are completed in a time efficient manner to the highest possible standard. Regular office based work will primarily consist of processing and reporting of data using CODA and Oasis Montaj software suites.
Candidates should have a university degree in either a Geophysics or Geology discipline and/or a professional accreditation. Relevant industry experience (3 to 5 years minimum) is required.
Osiris Projects own and operate a range of hydrographic and geophysical
survey sensors including (but not limited to) multibeam echo sounders,
side scan sonar, sub bottom profilers and magnetometers. Being an
